This half-day course is designed for Citizens Advice advisers who want to make sure that their CASEBook case records are as good as they can be. The Quality of Advice Audit stipulates what needs to be recorded and how, and this course will show you how to meet those requirements every time. New Standards were introduced in September 2026, and this course will help you to understand how they impact they way you need to record your case notes.

Joining Instructions
A Zoom Link and electronic copies of the handouts will be emailed to delegates (or Training Manager for bulk bookings) no less than one week before the course.
Cancellation
The Customer may cancel Individual Bookings with the following penalties:
· More than 21 days before the course date, No charge.
· More than 7 days and less than 21 days before the course date, 50% charge
· 7 days or less before the course date, 100% charge
· The customer may substitute one delegate for another at no notice.
