About the event
This session is designed for those who have already completed Online benefits Calculators 1 course, or who are confident in using online benefits calculators. Delegates must be confident in moving between different web-pages and completing online forms without support from the Tutor.
During the course we will look at how the tools cope with:
Children including those with disabilities
How the calculators check eligibility for contributory benefits
How the calculators present information about UC entitlement and calculations, whether monthly or weekly
How the calculators present information about entitlement to Support for Mortgage Interest
This course is the second in a suite of courses looking at different aspects of online Benefit Calculators. along with it's partner bitesize courses, replaces the previous Confidence with Online Benefit Calculators Course. The suite now comprises:
Online benefits calculators 1: Getting Started (for those who have no experience of using online benefit calculators)
Online benefits calculators 2: Children, Contributory Benefits, UC and SMI
Online benefits calculators 3: Disability Benefits
Online benefits calculators 4: Benefits for those over Pension Age
Price:
Individual Delegate: £25.00
Block Booking Five Delegates: £119.00

Joining Instructions
A Zoom Link and electronic copies of the handouts will be emailed to delegates (or Training Manager for bulk bookings) no less than one week before the course.
Cancellation
The Customer may cancel Individual Bookings with the following penalties:
· More than 21 days before the course date, No charge.
· More than 7 days and less than 21 days before the course date, 50% charge
· 7 days or less before the course date, 100% charge
· The customer may substitute one delegate for another at no notice.
