About the event
This half-day interactive online-course is designed for those want to start using online benefit calculators to support their clients, but have little or no experience in doing so. Its aim is to build confidence in using online benefit check resources to advise clients remotely and face to face. Delegates must be confident in moving between different web-pages and completing online forms without support from the Tutor.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
Understand how to access various benefits checkers
Recognise the importance of good exploration for completing an online benefits check
Consider strategies for overcoming the barriers to good advice when advising remotely
Use a case studies to build confidence
This course is the first in a series, designed to build confidence in dealing with a range of client scenarios. It's partner courses are:

Individual Delegate: £25.00

Joining Instructions
A Zoom Link and electronic copies of the handouts will be emailed to delegates (or Training Manager for bulk bookings) no less than one week before the course.
Cancellation
The Customer may cancel Individual Bookings with the following penalties:
· More than 21 days before the course date, No charge.
· More than 7 days and less than 21 days before the course date, 50% charge
· 7 days or less before the course date, 100% charge
· The customer may substitute one delegate for another at no notice.
