Mandatory Reconsiderations

This half-day course is for anyone who helps people who want to challenge a decision made about a benefit award. Whilst we focus on examples using PIP, and PIP descriptors, we will also cover the principles and processes for challenging Work Capability Assessment decisions, AA and DLA decisions and Universal Credit and Pension Credit decisions.

Please note, that this course does not cover the processes, timescales or preparation of submissions for Appeals to the First Tier Tribunal.

Individual Delegate: £25.00

Joining Instructions

A Zoom Link and electronic copies of the handouts will be emailed to delegates (or Training Manager for bulk bookings) no less than one week before the course.

Cancellation

The Customer may cancel Individual Bookings with the following penalties:

·         More than 21 days before the course date, No charge.

·         More than 7 days and less than 21 days before the course date, 50% charge

·         7 days or less before the course date, 100% charge

·         The customer may substitute one delegate for another at no notice.
