Limited Capability for Work, and Limited Capability for Work Related Activity

This half day course will cover the various routes to having LCW or LCWRA awarded, including being automatically treated as having LCW/LCWRA, being automatically, new claims through NS-ESA and UC, and changes of circumstances necessitating the Work Capability process. We'll cover the Work Capability Assessment itself, including the use of descriptors to award points, the health-professional assessment and the decision process. We'll also look at how an award of LCW or LCWRA will impact on how NS-ESA, UC and PC are calculated.

Joining Instructions

A Zoom Link and electronic copies of the handouts will be emailed to delegates (or Training Manager for bulk bookings) no less than one week before the course.

Cancellation

The Customer may cancel Individual Bookings with the following penalties:

·         More than 21 days before the course date, No charge.

·         More than 7 days and less than 21 days before the course date, 50% charge

·         7 days or less before the course date, 100% charge

·         The customer may substitute one delegate for another at no notice.
