Introduction to Housing Advice Part 2: Homelessness and Housing Options

This half day course looks at how to help those facing homelessness, including options for staying put, moving on, and support available from Local Authorities. Delegates will understand the process for applying and bidding for social housing, and learn to recognise how the 5 tests of homelessness are applied in relation to the various duties owed by the Local Authority under Homelessness Legislation.

Joining Instructions

A Zoom Link and electronic copies of the handouts will be emailed to delegates (or Training Manager for bulk bookings) no less than one week before the course.

Cancellation

The Customer may cancel Individual Bookings with the following penalties:

·         More than 21 days before the course date, No charge.

·         More than 7 days and less than 21 days before the course date, 50% charge

·         7 days or less before the course date, 100% charge

·         The customer may substitute one delegate for another at no notice.
