Introduction to Giving Employment Advice

A half day course looking at how to establish employment status, and how this then determines your client's statutory rights; how contracts are formed and how rights arising from them can be enforced.; disciplinary and grievance procedures; and the process and timescales associated with applying to the Employment Tribunal.

Joining Instructions

A Zoom Link and electronic copies of the handouts will be emailed to delegates (or Training Manager for bulk bookings) no less than one week before the course.

Cancellation

The Customer may cancel Individual Bookings with the following penalties:

·         More than 21 days before the course date, No charge.

·         More than 7 days and less than 21 days before the course date, 50% charge

·         7 days or less before the course date, 100% charge

·         The customer may substitute one delegate for another at no notice.
