About the event

This half-day interactive online-course is designed for anyone giving advice and information to clients, and will provide a general introduction to Family advice issues.


Learning Objectives:

  • Recognise the main rights and obligations associated with marriage, cohabiting and civil partners

  • Consider the legal consequences of relationship breakdown in terms of:

    • Housing

    • Domestic Abuse

    • Children – Access, Maintenance

    • Debt

    • Benefits

    • Signposting to Legal Advice


Price:

Individual Delegate: £25.00

Block Booking Five Delegates: £119.00

Joining Instructions

A Zoom Link and electronic copies of the handouts will be emailed to delegates (or Training Manager for bulk bookings) no less than one week before the course.


Cancellation

The Customer may cancel Individual Bookings with the following penalties:

·         More than 21 days before the course date, No charge.

·         More than 7 days and less than 21 days before the course date, 50% charge

·         7 days or less before the course date, 100% charge

·         The customer may substitute one delegate for another at no notice.

Bulk bookings may not be cancelled. Please see Terms and Conditions for details.
